  1. About the Bid Challenge Committee

The Bid Challenge Committee is made up of volunteers from the supplier community who are tasked with hearing bid challenge complaints. The committee includes a chair, alternate chair and up to 10 members. Each panel appointed to hear a complaint consists of the chair and 2 committee members. Where possible, a minimum of one First Nation member will serve on a 3-person board.

If you are interested in joining the committee, knowledge of public procurement and Yukon’s business community would be an asset.
