Intergovernmental Relations

We ensure the Yukon government's intergovernmental relations are carried out in a coordinated, consistent and effective manner so other governments will understand and consider the goals, objectives, positions and circumstances of Yukon.

• 2011 Northern Premiers' Forum
  The Northern Premiers met in Yellowknife in April 2011 and released two new joint documents on climate change adaptation and renewable energy. Find out more at www.anorthernvision.ca.
• Arctic Council Meeting, Nuuk, Greenland
  Canada concluded a successful Arctic Council Meeting in Greenland by signing an Arctic Search and Rescue Agreement.
